Welcome to my 39 m² open-plan flat on the 6th floor in Lyon, in the 7th arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate 2 people with its double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Ideally located 4 minutes from the underground, you can enjoy a peaceful stay. Minimum stay of 30 days.

Welcome to this beautiful 39 m² flat, located on the 6th floor (with lift) in a secure 24-hour senior residence. Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a privileged location close to tourist attractions such as Place Bellecour, universities, shops, transport links, etc., and is the ideal starting point for exploring the city. The entrance opens onto a bright living area with a comfortable lounge, equipped with a sofa (not convertible) and a television. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home: oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (Nespresso type), utensils and crockery. The accommodation has one open bedroom. The bed (double – dimensions 140 x 180) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. The mattress is complemented by a mattress topper for added comfort. Storage space is available for you to settle in comfortably. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large mirror. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Die Wohnung könnte eine kleine Modernisierung vertragen (Küchenausstattung, ein Ventilator, ein neuer Staubsauger wären willkommen, und die Bettwäsche müsste komplett ausgetauscht werden ...). Darauf
