Nice and spacious studio with a large terrace of 30m² for up to 4 people. Located next to all amenities: restaurant, shops, pharmacy ... The apartment is composed like this: - A living room with quality sofa bed, a double bed, a TV, fiber and a dining area. - an open kitchen fully furnished and equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc ... - a bathroom with shower and hair dryer. - most: washing machine, dryer iron and ironing board - The apartment has reversible air conditioning. This apartment has all the comfort and calm necessary after an intense day. Cleaning is done by professionals before your stay. You will be provided for your stay: sheets for bedding, bath towels, towels and bath mats, kitchen towel, shower gel (1 per person) and soap, some coffee capsules and sachets of tea.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in until 10:45pm as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
