Designed with a clean, modern finish and filled with natural light, this home combines a relaxed loft style atmosphere with practical comforts, making it perfect for guests looking for a calm retreat in a vibrant location. The apartment accommodates up to four guests and features two bedrooms with a king sized bed and a double bed. There is one modern bathroom with a shower over the bath. Located on the top floor, also known as the second floor, the flat enjoys an airy feel enhanced by skylights and a peaceful elevated position. Inside, the open plan living space blends modern simplicity with warm, natural touches. Light wood flooring, neutral tones and streamlined furnishings create a bright and uncluttered environment ideal for relaxing after a day in the city. The living room flows seamlessly into a dedicated dining area, while the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, making both short and longer stays easy and comfortable. The bedrooms are styled with crisp linens, soft textures and subtle contemporary details that give a boutique hotel feel, while the bathroom continues the clean and modern aesthetic with neutral tiling and a fresh, spa like finish. Please note that City Relay accepts no liability for lost keys or personal belongings left at the property. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
