A short journey brings you to even more well known dining destinations in Islington, from cosy gastropubs to modern European and Middle Eastern restaurants. Barely 2 minutes away is the mighty Arsenal (Emirates) Stadium which offers great tours, merchandise; and if you’re lucky enough to score a ticket a brilliant spectacle, some of the best football the Mens and Women’s Premier Leagues have to offer. For green space Paradise Park is merely 50 meters from the rear garden gate without having to cross any roads! Great for the kids! It has a play equipment area, and right next to it is a city farm with everything from geese to cows. There are also many other peaceful spots like Highbury Fields for a morning coffee, a picnic or a quiet stroll. Welcome to a beautifully styled elevated ground floor home in North Islington, designed for comfort, character and easy London living. With a private garden and excellent transport connections, it is an ideal base for exploring the capital or settling in for a longer stay. The apartment comfortably sleeps three guests across two bedrooms, featuring one king sized bed and one single bed. There is one bathroom with a combined bath over shower, finished with striking green vertical tiles, wood cabinetry and softly lit round mirrors for a boutique hotel feel. The living area is bright and welcoming, centered around a statement red sectional sofa that brings warmth and energy to the room. Large glass doors and windows flood the space with light and open out towards the private garden, offering a lovely extension of the living space in warmer months. The dining area sits just off the kitchen, creating a natural flow for relaxed meals or entertaining. The kitchen itself is sleek and modern, with contemporary cabinetry, matte black hardware and modern appliances, making it both stylish and fully functional for everyday cooking.

Kindly note that the check-in for last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date is subject to availability (Please note that the key collection and the property might not be located at the same address) We would like to mention the check-in process: With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
