Please note that construction works are taking place outside the apartment. While this may cause some noise or visual disturbance during the day, we want to ensure you’re aware in advance so there are no surprises. You’ll find a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower and luxurious brass fixtures, perfect for a refreshing morning routine. Storage is ample, ensuring a clutter-free stay. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
