Terreirinho tram stop is just a minute away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome! This beautiful apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional building and accessible via a steep flight of stairs which can be challenging for those with mobility issues. It is a refurbished unit with plenty of sunlight and an open living space with beautiful rooftop views of the surrounding area. Make yourself at home and lounge on the sofa while watching your favourite TV shows, or cook a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. At the same time, enjoy the complimentary coffee provided over the dining table that centres the space. The apartment is composed of two bedrooms fitted with double beds and storage. Hotel-quality linens are provided for maximum comfort. The bathroom has everything you'll need, such as a toilet, a shower and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will be provided for your convenience. Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. During June : my flat is in the middle of where the "Festas de Santo Antonio" is taking place, it's really great to enjoy it but noisy. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Pleasant surprise on entering the flat, everything very nice, flat as described in the advert, negative point for the access staircase. If you're driving, it's impossible to park in the neighbourhood
