Welcome to my apartment! This 75m2 3-bedroom apartment in Lisbon is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. The property is well-decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. The living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a small balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the city views. The dining room has a table that can comfortably seat six, making it ideal for family meals or entertaining guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment has a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. Additionally, a dishwasher is available, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal. The apartment features a unique layout, with one of the bedrooms on a mezzanine level. This bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, a sofa, a desk with a chair, and a closet, providing a cozy and private space. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a closet, and a sunroom, allowing plenty of natural light to fill the room. The third bedroom includes a comfortable single bed. All the beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Please note: The lift is currently out of service. The three bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
