The bright and welcoming living room features a comfortable sofa for relaxing and a dining table for enjoying meals. Multiple windows fill the space with natural sunlight, creating a warm atmosphere, and provide access to a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare tasty meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. The first bedroom offers a cosy double bed, a wardrobe, and a TV, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. All beds are dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing all you need to refresh and unwind. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Really spacious apartment lots of dishes cutlery etc for use in the dishwasher. A bit of a hike up and down the hills that lead to the apartment but that is to be expected and good exercise. Very cl
