The bright open-plan living space features a cozy sofa, flat-screen TV, and dining area—perfect for enjoying a leisurely breakfast, sharing a meal, or unwinding after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need for a convenient stay, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, and cutlery, allowing you to prepare anything from a quick snack to a home-cooked dinner. The peaceful bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed with high-quality, hotel-style linens, providing the perfect setting for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. For your peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay. Please note: The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and there is no elevator. We hope you have a wonderful and relaxing stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
