Refreshed in April 2026, this studio is a simple and functional base for your short stays in Lille. Located on Rue des Stations in a lively neighborhood, it offers easy access to local shops, the Catholic University, and the Wazemmes market. The city center is just a 10-minute walk away, while the Vieux-Lille is about a 20-minute walk.

This one-bedroom flat has a cosy living room with a double bed 140X200, a small fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area / office for working with wifi and a bathroom with bath. Ideal for a short break for couples or business travellers! The flat will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV : Molotov TV The staircase to the flat is a little narrow, so we recommend people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration. Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. We are committed to selective sorting, so you will have two bins at your disposal, one for recyclable packaging and the other for non-recyclable waste. We also ask our travellers to be eco-responsible, with simple gestures such as not overheating the accommodation (19 degrees maximum) and being careful about wasting water.

You will have access to the entire flat. Arrival possible 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present.

The building is very run down and has a strong smell like garbage. The place looks very little like the photos and is frankly depressing. I ended up booking some place else and paying two rooms. You c
