Welcome to this 38 m² flat with a unique character, situated on the 9th floor with lift access. As soon as you step inside, you’ll find a bright space where modern design meets old-world charm, accentuated by beautiful whitewashed exposed beams. The lounge area features a deep sofa and a large television, ideal for relaxing. For meals, the dining area has a cosy table that seats up to four people. The semi-open-plan, fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to cook just like at home. The real highlight of this accommodation is its private terrace. Furnished with a table and chairs, it’s the perfect peaceful spot to relax in the sunshine. You’ll enjoy complete privacy here in the evenings and at weekends. The bedroom offers a cosy, authentic atmosphere with its exposed brick wall. The double bed (140x200) is carefully made up with hotel-quality bed linen to ensure you get a good night’s sleep. Built-in cupboards make it easy to organise your belongings. The bathroom is spacious and functional, featuring a bath, a large mirror and a toilet. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. Throughout your stay, you’ll have access to high-speed Wi-Fi. For your safety, the flat is equipped with a smoke detector and is professionally cleaned between guests.
