Welcome! This charming two-storey house with patio, decorated to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect base to explore the island and its attractions. Ideal for families or groups, the lower floor features a bright open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room is equipped with a spacious L-shaped sofa, perfect for relaxing and watching TV. There is also a practical guest toilet on the ground floor. The modern kitchen stands out for its vibrant red cabinets and a fantastic island counter. It is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge and all the utensils and crockery you need for your daily meals. The patio is conveniently accessible from the living room, perfect for lively dinners under the stars. This outdoor space features a barbecue with a supporting sink. On the upper floor you will find three harmoniously decorated bedrooms with practical wardrobes. The spacious master suite offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed and access to a wonderful balcony with a view. The third bedroom has a comfortable single bed. This floor also has a second full bathroom. All beds come with quality bed linen. The bathrooms are fully equipped with towels and toiletries. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and bin bags. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
