Welcome! This lovely 70m² apartment offers a fantastic location near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants with diverse dining options. The living area is designed for comfort, featuring a cozy sofa bed, a TV for your entertainment, and a dining table for shared meals. Multiple windows allow plenty of natural sunlight to fill the space, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other useful appliances. It also provides access to a balcony with seating, perfect for enjoying fresh air. The bedroom is a relaxing retreat with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe, complete with hotel-quality linens for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
