With 150m² of space spread across two floors, it offers a spacious and comfortable environment for all. Please note that to access the house, guests will need to climb a set of stairs. The living room on the ground floor is beautifully furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV, providing the ideal spot for unwinding after a day of exploring. The dining area, located within the living room, has a large table perfect for family meals and gatherings. Just beyond, you'll find an inviting barbecue area with a traditional brick oven, where you can enjoy grilling while sharing meals at the nearby table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware. For added convenience, there's also a bathroom on this floor for easy access. Upstairs, the house features three well-appointed bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds, one of which has an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. The third bedroom comes with two single beds, making it ideal for children or additional guests. Each room is designed for maximum comfort, with soft linens and ample space to relax. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
