Here you can take a dip at the famous golden sand beach, stroll along the welcoming Marina (from where fantastic dolphin and whale watching tours depart), or explore the renowned contemporary art museum, Casa das Mudas. For hiking enthusiasts, this is a privileged base to easily access some of Madeira's most breathtaking levadas, such as the famous Rabaçal and 25 Fontes trail. Nearby, you can also discover picturesque and tourist-rich coastal villages such as the vibrant and sunny Ponta do Sol, the charming Jardim do Mar or Ribeira Brava. Despite being a true oasis of serenity, the strategic location and excellent road access put the capital, Funchal, just about 35 to 40 minutes away. It has everything you need for an unforgettable stay, including private parking. The property is located in the serene and sunny Estreito da Calheta, very close to fantastic beaches, nature and the famous levadas, with excellent access so guests can easily travel and explore Funchal and the whole island!

Welcome! This charming three-storey house surrounded by balconies and terraces, decorated to provide comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect base for exploring Madeira and its attractions. Ideal for families, the first floor of this house features a welcoming open-plan living area and kitchen. The bright living room is equipped with a sofa and TV, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning view from the large adjacent terrace. The main kitchen, also on the first floor, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, the kitchen has a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven and fridge to help you day to day. On the second floor there are two harmoniously decorated bedrooms, both equipped with practical balconies and wardrobes for storing your belongings. One bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the other is equipped with two single beds. There is also a full bathroom serving both bedrooms with a washing machine on the 2nd floor. The third floor (lower level) surprises with a versatile living room and a secondary kitchen. This room features a sofa bed, outdoor furniture to take advantage of direct access to the patio with a barbecue area, perfect for socialising under the stars. All beds come with quality bed linen to ensure maximum comfort. The two bathrooms (on the 1st and 2nd floors) have all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house benefits from the great convenience of private parking next to the property. Access to the various floors is by stairs, so this house is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form which will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with an included limit of €80. For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when sofa bed is not included).

Tolle Aussicht und ein toller Ort, vor allem für diesen Preis. Man braucht einen erfahrenen Fahrer, um dorthin zu gelangen.
