Our home is in the perfect location for all guests! Directly on Edinburgh's Royal Mile and opposite the famous Worlds End Pub, you're bound to find plenty of things to do during your stay! You're also within walking distance to most attractions, such as The Castle (10min) and the Parliament (7 min). There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafes in the area to excite your tastebuds! However, if you're planning to cook at home, you can pick up groceries at Scottish Grocer (1 min), Taste of Scotland (4min) or Tesco Express (7min).

Welcome to our home! This 4th floor home (stair access) is centrally located in the action and culture of Edinburgh. With endless things to do, see and experience, you're assured to have an amazing stay. Fitted with a sofa and TV, the spacious living room is perfect to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring the city. The full kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, oven and stove. Feel free to use the toaster, microwave and kitchenware provided as well. With plenty of space and natural light, you can enjoy cooking up a tasty homemade meal! Have a good nights sleep in the 2 double bedrooms. Fitted with plenty of storage space and cosy touches, you can make yourself right at home! Guests can use the full bathroom with a bathtub. We hope you have a great stay!
Zugang
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

Important note: The apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
