Situated on the iconic Royal Mile and just minutes from Edinburgh Castle, the area is bustling with tourists, street performers, and the sounds of bagpipes, offering a lively yet historic atmosphere.

Welcome to our nineteenth-century home! The apartment is situated on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. Elegantly furnished in a modern style, this flat is perfect for families or friends seeking a comfortable holiday retreat in this beautiful city. Tall windows fill the spacious lounge with natural light. The living area includes a sofa bed that sleeps two and a flat-screen Smart TV for your favourite shows. The open-plan kitchen adjoins the lounge and features a counter table. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to prepare fresh meals, though a variety of nearby restaurants and bars are also available if you prefer to dine out. The bedroom offers a double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom includes a bathtub with an attached showerhead, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary eco-friendly toiletries are provided for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Have a lovely stay.


Zugang

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.

Please note, there is scaffolding up around the outside of the building while maintenance work is carried out. This will not affect your stay. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
