The bright and welcoming living room features a comfortable UK double sofa bed, creating a cosy space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The house also includes a dedicated office space with a desk, perfect for working remotely or catching up on emails during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, a dishwasher is available to make cleanup effortless. The house also includes a washer, dryer and ironing equipment, perfect for longer stays. The serene bedroom is furnished with a UK king-size bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The two bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, offering everything you need for a refreshing start to the day. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner.
