Situated on the 2nd floor with stairs (no lift), our charming apartment provides a retreat from the hustle and bustle, offering a peaceful escape without compromising on convenience. Whether you're drawn to coastal walks, indulging in fresh seafood, or simply unwinding in a tranquil setting, our apartment promises a memorable stay in the heart of coastal Dublin. Enjoy the best of both worlds – the serenity of coastal living and the vibrancy of nearby attractions. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door leading to a furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. Step onto one of the two balconies accessible through two separate doors, adding a touch of relaxation to your stay. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Really lovely apartment with modern kitchen and bathroom. The host adds little touches (like coffee, hair dryer and shower soaps) which make all the difference. Very clean and cozy for our stay.
