A Smart TV is on hand for all your favourite shows, and a second living room, also equipped with a Smart TV, offers even more space to relax and enjoy. The space features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a furnished garden, creating a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy al fresco dining. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The home offers four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, each tailored for comfort and flexibility. Three rooms feature UK double beds, while the fourth includes a UK single bed, providing plenty of space for a restful night's sleep. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
