Welcome! This lovely 55m2 apartment is located on the 4th floor and accessible by lift. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze. The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size UK bed and the second with two double UK bed. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we’ll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Enjoy your stay! This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
