Welcome to my apartment! Adjoining the newly opened 5-star Palace Hotel, the 88m2 apartment is located in a 5-star residential building by the same Palace Hotel. Our apartment perfectly blends luxury and convenience, situated on the 3rd floor with elevator access in a picturesque area. It is an ideal choice for those seeking a luxurious and well-connected retreat. The living room features a sofa, an armchair, a flat-screen TV to watch your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a door leading to a furnished balcony with a Canal view. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. Both bathrooms contain all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
