Welcome! This lovely 127m2 apartment is located on the 21st floor, accessible by lift. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area, a TV for enjoying your favorite shows, and a dining table, making it an ideal space to unwind and spend quality time with your group. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the mesmerizing Marina views. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and the second with two single beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The 2.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Parking is included for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area.
