This beautiful two-bedroom apartment on the 9th floor of a luxury high-rise in Dubai Marina is perfect for friends and families. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions (e.g. Marina Mall, The Beach), good restaurants and shops, and the JBR 2 tram stop is just 10 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

On the 9th floor of a luxury high-rise with hotel-level amenities and the convenience of direct access to Dubai Marina Mall and JBR 2 tram stop while being close to idyllic Marina Beach and Walk. It has a sunlit living space with all the amenities to help you unwind and relax after a long day, including a comfortable single sofa bed. Catch up on all your favourite shows with the widescreen TV while you cook homemade meals in the fully equipped kitchen. There's a private balcony to enjoy the cityscape, with a table and chairs to dine al fresco during the cool Arabian nights. Two bedrooms are appointed with hotel-quality linens and dedicated desks for remote and online work. The first bedroom has a king bed, while the second has two equally comfortable single beds. There are two full bathrooms and a guest toilet in the apartment. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will be provided. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. Currently there is some ongoing renovation work with a neighbour on the same floor, so please expect some dust in the hallways and noise. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
