Welcome to GuestReady Essential at MAG 218 Tower. Situated just off Sheikh Zayed Road, the property offers excellent connectivity. The Al Khail and Sobha Realty metro stations are only about a 15-minute walk away, and the rest of the city, including the airports and vibrant local attractions, is easily accessible. Inside your flat, you'll enjoy all the essentials for a smooth and relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite meals, fresh towels and bed linens. A Note on Expectations: Our essential homes are designed with practicality in mind. Given the central location, you may encounter light city noise—this area is lively. But rest assured, simplicity, comfort, and reliable hospitality await. MAG 218 Tower is one of the earlier developments in Dubai Marina, and while it offers a fantastic central location and spacious layouts, it does show some signs of age. The building's ventilation system is not as modern as newer properties, so occasionally, you may notice light cooking aromas from neighbouring apartments. We believe in being upfront so you can plan your stay with the right expectations—and still enjoy the comfort, convenience, and hospitality that GuestReady Essential provides. GuestReady is not the owner of this property and acts solely as an agent managing the property on behalf of the owner.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in. Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in. Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung in Dubai. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, geräumig und komfortabel und bot eine wunderschöne Aussicht, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht
