Around the area, you can explore the community around Marina Walk; you can go for a bike ride to explore the Marina or scooter and just a quick run or jog. Across the building is Jumeirah Beach Residences, where you can enjoy a quick dip on the beach with the Ain Dubai Bluewaters view. 10 minutes from the area is the famous Dubai Skydive if you're feeling adventurous. There are a variety of restaurants around the Marina Walk area and across the street from Jumeirah Beach Residences The Walk. You will also find several shops; 5 minutes walk from the building is a grocery store and 8 minutes to Dubai Marina Mall for a supermarket run.

Welcome to my apartment! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the Marina views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and the second with two single beds. Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. Both bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.
