Welcome to my apartment! This charming one-bedroom apartment is located on the ninth floor and is easily accessible via lift. The living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable seating area (sofa bed), a TV for watching your favourite shows through multiple streaming options like Netflix, and a dining table, creating the perfect space to relax or enjoy meals together. Step out onto the balcony, which features outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or simply unwinding in the fresh air. The kitchenette offers modern appliances along with all the essential cookware and crockery you need to prepare your favourite meals. A washer is also available for your laundry needs. The bedroom features a luxurious king size bed with hotel quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep, as well as plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathrooms includes everything you need to refresh yourself, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before every stay. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area.
