The living area offers comfortable seating and a TV, creating a cozy space to unwind and enjoy a quiet evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and essential cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The apartment features two bedrooms. One bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out single mattress that can be easily extended to create a double bed, making it ideal for children or flexible sleeping arrangements. The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, perfect for restful nights. The bathroom includes a refreshing shower, along with fresh towels and a hairdryer for your convenience. Step outside to the pleasant terrace, perfect for enjoying the sunshine during the day or a BBQ in the evening. Outdoor seating makes it a lovely spot for breakfast or relaxing under the stars. his property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Die Wohnung liegt nur einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt. Sie ist sehr funktional und angenehm.
