This self-catering accommodation boasts excellent facilities including a fully equipped kitchen situated in the village of Estrela da Calheta close to restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. . The views from the balconies are spectacular. The local sandy beach is a short distance from the apartment. Calheta is the ideal location for families or couples wanting a relaxing holiday. Please note that construction work is occurring near the property, and there may be some daytime noise.

Condominium Rules – Important Information for Guests: Quiet hours: Please avoid music and excessive noise that may disturb other residents, particularly before 9:00 am and after 9:30 pm. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the building's common areas, including apartment balconies, as balconies are legally considered common areas for condominium purposes. Swimming pool: The pool is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm only. Please shower before entering and respect other guests. Nudism, topless sunbathing, excessive noise, running, jumping into the pool, and games in or around the pool are not permitted. Pool area: Food, drinks, chewing gum, glass containers, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool or solarium area.
