This charming former 16th-century farmhouse in Cabeceira de Basto, now a classified property of public interest, comprises the main house and gardens registered with the Portuguese Association of Historic Gardens - Rota do Tâmega. The property also includes restored farm buildings transformed into cozy accommodations for temporary tourist stays. The house is spread over two stories and is beautifully decorated. Guests can unwind by the shared pool and garden, which includes sun loungers for relaxing afternoons in the sun, as well as access to a tennis court. The living room features an open floor plan with sofa, a TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table for two. The kitchenette area is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, a stove, and a microwave. The bedroom offers a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for ultimate comfort. Families with infants will appreciate the available crib and highchair. The bathroom is well-appointed with all necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
