This unique and renovated 3-bedroom apartment in Barcelona is ideal for families seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in the very center of Barcelona. The apartment features a unique roll-up shutter as the entrance door; the entry is at street level and has a private entrance. The living room is furnished with a large sofa. Additionally, there is a quiet space with cushions, creating a cozy and informal area to gather and spend quality time together. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware you’ll need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. The apartment also includes ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The apartment has two rooms with double beds and one room with a single bed, providing ample sleeping space for everyone, all with linens. The 1.5 bathrooms contain all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The property features a backyard, a serene and private space ideal for relaxing and unwinding after a day exploring the vibrant city. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy. Check-in hours: from 15:00 to 22:00. Please note that check-ins after 22:00 may incur an additional cost.
