Welcome to my apartment! Tastefully decorated, this lovely 41m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The property is located on the ground floor. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a convertible sofa bed, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. To prepare delicious meals, the kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stovetop, an oven and a microwave.  For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer to meet your laundry needs. The bedroom is a pleasant space with a queen-sized bed and a wardrobe. It comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The highlight of this property is the spacious terrace, complete with a BBQ grill, a table, chairs for al fresco dining, and a cosy outdoor sofa to kick back and relax. Additionally, the property includes private parking for one car, making it convenient for guests with their vehicles. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
