The living room is comfortably furnished with a sitting area and a smart TV for watching your favourite shows, making it ideal for unwinding and spending quality time with your group. Step onto the fully furnished terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture, including cosy seating and a dining area. It's the perfect space for enjoying the fresh air. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. It also features a table with bar stools for casual dining, along with an extra table and two chairs for additional seating. Both bedrooms are beautifully designed with stylish furniture and a cosy ambience. It features king beds with high-quality linens and a charming seating area. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
