The building offers a shared pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, available seasonally during the summer months. The apartment is conveniently located close to the beach, allowing easy access to sun, sand, and surf. The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible by elevator. The living room features a comfy sofa, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. A private balcony with a table and chairs provides a great spot to enjoy meals, relax, and enjoy the surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom boasts a luxurious queen bed, providing a peaceful oasis for restful nights, and the second bedroom is perfect for a studious soul, with a single bed and a desk where creativity can flow freely. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note that the pool is only available seasonally during the summer months.
