Welcome! This single room with en-suite bathroom is ideal for solo travellers looking to explore Porto. The space is equipped with a comfortable single bed and a handy open wardrobe to keep your belongings organised. The room does not have a TV! To make your stay even more comfortable, you have access to the shared living area, which features a fully equipped kitchen with utensils for quick everyday meals, a dining table, a sofa and a TV to relax at the end of the day. The living area is shared with the remaining 6 rooms in the building. The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The room is on the 2nd floor and access is exclusively by stairs. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you all the necessary information about the check-in process. Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag. Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
