The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the Marquês metro station is just 2 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

This charming 15m² private floor offers two separate bedrooms and is ideally located near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. The first bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with twin beds. Both rooms are dressed in hotel-quality linens and have access to a balcony, allowing plenty of natural light to create a bright and inviting atmosphere. For your entertainment and convenience, the space includes a flat-screen TV and WiFi to ensure a comfortable stay. The bathroom (common for the two bedrooms) is thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Important note: It is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. The building has an old architecture and the acoustics performance is not the best. Enjoy your stay!
