These are ideal spaces for up to 3 adults, with the possibility of accommodating a baby with a crib upon request, making them an excellent option for families and couples, small groups, event attendees or business travelers. All apartments are fully equipped with kitchen, private bathroom with shower, Smart TV, WiFi and everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether for short getaways or longer visits. The excellent natural lighting and functional design make each space welcoming and practical for resting after enjoying the city. Location is another major attraction: situated in a quiet and well-connected area, close to the metro, the Riyadh Air Metropolitano stadium, IFEMA, the airport and with quick access to Madrid's city center, they allow you to combine rest, tourism and comfort in every stay. The perfect place to feel at home while discovering and enjoying everything Madrid has to offer. IMPORTANT: Please note that access to some of the apartments requires climbing stairs. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Although some studios are equipped to accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 child (bed + sofa bed), please note that the space is compact and may feel small depending on each group's needs and comfort preferences.
