The abundant natural light from its windows creates a warm and very pleasant atmosphere throughout the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for short or long stays. Self check-in with smart lock. You will need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; physical keys are not used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the access link and instructions a few days before your check-in, once you have completed our arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dish washing products, and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the home if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a penalty of €200 minimum for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for public utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the copy cost.
