Perfectly equipped for mid-term stays, it features a cozy living space, a compact kitchen with all essentials, and a private bathroom. Situated in a well-connected residential area, it is the ideal pad for remote workers, students, or travellers seeking a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Madrid.

Designed to make smart use of space, this self-contained flat offers everything you need for a relaxed stay. The main area features a comfortable double bed with clean linens and storage for your belongings. The compact kitchen comes equipped with essential appliances, including two portable induction units, a microwave, an electric kettle, a toaster, a mini-fridge with an upper freezer compartment, and a coffee machine. The bathroom includes a shower stall, fresh towels, a toilet, and a hairdryer. Please note that the bathroom ceiling slopes, making the shower suitable for guests up to 1.80 meters in height, with the absolute highest point of the shower enclosure reaching 2.00 meters.

The entire studio is yours during your stay. It's on the ground floor with direct access from the street, so there are no stairs, lifts or shared areas. Check-in is fully self-service with a smart lock. You'll receive a link before your arrival and can let yourself in at any time that suits you.

You will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Self check-in with smart lock. A smartphone with battery and internet connection is required; no physical keys are used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the access link and instructions a few days before your check-in, once our arrival form has been completed. Please note that the bathroom ceiling slopes, making the shower suitable for guests up to 1.80 meters in height, with the absolute highest point of the shower enclosure reaching 2.00 meters. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linens during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. Note: This apartment is for short-term rental. It is not available for tourist purposes. A signed contract is required. We provide basic amenities for your first stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag. If you require additional cleaning or linens, please let us know; we will gladly provide them for an extra charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
