Welcome! Step into a light-filled living room with a cozy sofa bed, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning, the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need: an induction hob, fridge, washing machine, and a coffee machine for your morning espresso. The bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed, crisp white linens, and a spacious wardrobe with a full-length mirror so you can get ready in style. Fresh towels are waiting for you on arrival, so all you need to bring is yourself. Please note that the devices visible in the apartment are alarm sensors, not surveillance cameras. They are only activated when the property is unoccupied and are disabled during guest stays. Enjoy your stay!

You will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Note: This apartment is for short-term rental. It is not available for tourist purposes. A signed contract is required. We provide basic amenities for your first stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag. If you require additional cleaning or linens, please let us know; we will gladly provide them for an extra charge. Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

It is as described, It was a bit hard to locate but I was able to figure it out. it is within walking distance of the city central and the attractions. Place was clean and had the essential amenities!
