This apartment is located on Place de la République, in Villeneuve-d'Ascq. It is on the ground floor (bedrooms upstairs) of a typical northern French building. The Parking in front of the building (subject to availability) is in a restricted time area. You will need to bring or buy a stationary disk to show your real parking time. Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips!

The apartment is composed as follows: Ground floor: - Entrance directly onto the kitchen - Separate toilet at the entrance level - Living room with dining area and lounge area below - Bathroom with bathtub, sink and washing machine - A second bathroom with shower and sink 1st floor: - Two separate bedrooms with double bed (garden side so very quiet) You will have access to washing machines (shared with the other occupants) in a room located in the cellar (level -1). Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please also note that the accommodation does not have shutters, only blackout curtains. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV.
Access
You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host being required to be there.
