Welcome to my apartment! This charming 70m2, 2-bedroom apartment in Benicalap, Valencia, is perfect for families and friends looking for a comfortable stay in the vibrant city. Conveniently located on the ground floor, the apartment features an inviting open floor plan that enhances the sense of space. The living room showcases a recently updated, comfortable sofa (please note that it differs from the one shown in the pictures, we have updated it), a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table that comfortably seats four. The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, making it easy to whip up delicious meals. It includes a stove, a small electric oven, and a microwave for your convenience. Additionally, the apartment has a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet all your laundry needs. The apartment features two cozy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds, accommodating both adults and children. All beds are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Other information
Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
