This ground floor studio in Valencia is ideal for 4 people. Just a 10-minute walk from the Marina and very close to Av. del Puerto, where there is a wide variety of restaurants and shops. The Marítim metro station and several bus stops are just a few steps away, providing quick access to the city and the beach. It has access from the street.

Welcome to my studio! This cozy 25m² studio is close to several points of interest in Valencia, such as the Marina de Valencia and the City of Arts and Sciences. Located on the ground floor, this studio is designed with open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room features a comfortable double bed with bedding for maximum comfort, a double sofa bed and a television. Being at street level, light is more limited and there may be some occasional noise. Ideal for practical and functional stays. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and utensils, including a stove, oven, and microwave. There is also a dining table for four. The property has a drying rack and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs for added convenience. The spacious bathroom includes all the essentials for your comfort, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Other information
Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
