The apartment features two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a single bed, making it ideal for couples, small families, or professionals. The living room/dining area offers a spacious and comfortable sofa, with a Smart TV in front so you can enjoy your favorite movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, toaster, and everything necessary for cooking. It has a modern bathroom with a shower. The apartment is located in a privileged area in the heart of downtown Valencia, allowing easy access to the main points of interest, shops, restaurants, and the city’s cultural life. Its central position guarantees an authentic Valencian experience, with the vibrant energy of the city just steps away. Note: this apartment is for temporary rental – not available for tourist stays. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal rental agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After finalizing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signature of the contract, the reservation will be cancelled without the right to reimbursement. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3:00 PM onwards, subject to availability and confirmation. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourist purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory. We provide basic items for first use: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding, please let us know and we will be happy to provide it for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding tobacco consumption on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for tobacco consumption. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for public utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Additional keys: €20 (set of additional keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during your stay). Additional cleaning with bedding: the price of the cleaning fee. Additional linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people) Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

The guesthouse is in a particularly prime location, right next to the Plaza de la Catedral in Valencia, which is quite lively, and within a five-minute walk of the Central Market and the Silk Museum.
