Welcome to our apartment! Step into a world of light and space in this 97-square-meter haven. The living room is a bright oasis at the end of the hallway, inviting you to unwind on a comfy sofa. Swing open the doors to your private balcony, where you can sip morning coffee while soaking in the views of Mercado del Grao and the majestic church of Santa María del Mar. The kitchen, equipped with modern appliances including a stove and coffee maker, perfect for whipping up a delicious breakfast before a day of exploration. With ample storage and a retro tile backsplash, it's both functional and charming. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining area, perfect for leisurely meals. The master bedroom offers a double bed and air conditioning for ultimate comfort and ceiling fan as well. Please note that air conditioning is available only in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is compact yet efficient, featuring a single bed and a vintage-style wardrobe. There's also a third bedroom with two double beds, the room is internal meaning the window is facing the interior of the apartment. All beds come with fresh sheets. The property has a complete bathroom with shower and towels, for your confort. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be cancelled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Guests can access the entire apartment, located on the 5th floor, via an elevator. Enjoy the balcony, full kitchen, and all common areas.

Check-in at this accommodation must be done in person. Check-in is from 3 pm (early check-in available on request). You will receive our agent's contact details and further check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed our arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first few days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag. If you require additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide these at an additional cost. There is a zero-tolerance policy on smoking on the property, but guests may smoke in the property's outdoor areas where available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays of more than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply, with a limit of €80. Spare keys: subject to availability; in the event of loss, a charge will apply based on the cost of a replacement. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Not available for tourism purposes. Signing a contract is mandatory Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Renovation works are currently being carried out in an apartment close to the property.
