Welcome to my apartment! This charming 210 m² property offers the perfect accommodation to enjoy Valencia. It is located on the 12th floor and has an elevator. It features a spacious open-plan living room with a luxurious sofa, a dining table, and large glass windows that provide access to its stunning terrace. The apartment also includes a large kitchen connected to the dining and living areas, fully equipped with kitchenware, cutlery, and essential appliances. A washer-dryer and a dishwasher add extra convenience, and a guest toilet (without a shower) is located between the living room and the kitchen. On the lower floor, three well-appointed bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat. The first has a double bed, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The second includes two single beds and ample storage space, while the third features a single bed and a wardrobe. A shared bathroom in the hallway has all the amenities needed to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Outside, the charming terrace invites guests to soak up the sunlight and fresh air, creating the perfect spot to relax. The condominium offers a beautiful outdoor space with a sparkling pool, perfect for unwinding and cooling off. Cleaning will be done before your scheduled arrival. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
