Welcome to my apartment! This delightful 245 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 3rd floor and has a lift access. This apartment features a vibrant living and kitchen areas, designed to make guests feel at home. The living space includes a comfortable sitting area with a TV—perfect for resting after a day in the city. The kitchen invites guests to gather and enjoy meals together. It comes fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for easy, home-cooked dining. The three bedrooms are stylishly decorated for comfort: one with a king-size bed, air conditioning, and a walk-in closet; another with a double bed and generous storage; and the third with a cosy single bed and a spacious wardrobe. Important note about heating: The air conditioning system provides heating mode, but since this is a duplex with open-plan spaces, warm air tends to rise to the upper floor. To ensure comfort on the ground floor, we have provided a portable heater. Three full bathrooms are stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries, and there's also a handy service bathroom. The sunny terrace, upstair offers a great spot to enjoy fresh air or a quiet meal at the outdoor table. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive our agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form is completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the home if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.

It is a lovely apartment with a beautiful roof terrace in an amazing location. We had one or two practical issues but they were resolved swiftly and efficiently by the communicative Guest Ready.
