Ideal for 4 people, it has easy access to public transport, including buses and the Bailén metro station. Just a 15-minute walk from the historic center and 12 minutes from Bailén train station, it is perfect for exploring the city and its surroundings.

Guests can immerse themselves in the city's vibrant lifestyle, explore architectural wonders, savour culinary delights, and unwind on the beautiful beaches, making it an ideal destination for an unforgettable vacation. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table where you can dine with loved ones. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries for delicious homemade meals and a dining table. The loft bedroom has a queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience, featuring a soothing jacuzzi, creating a serene oasis for ultimate comfort and rejuvenation. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Other information
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
