Featuring its own independent ground-floor entrance, the property offers easy, direct access right from the street. The layout centres around a seamless open-plan kitchen and living space—fully equipped for cooking, relaxing, or working from home. The accommodation provides two sleeping solutions. The master double bedroom is situated toward the interior of the floorplan; being windowless to the street, it eliminates external noise and provides complete darkness for a restful night’s sleep. The second bedroom is a practical single room, ideal for an extra guest, family member, or home office space. A contemporary bathroom completes the interior, while split-system air conditioning units in the single bedroom and living area ensure overall comfort. This fully furnished property is an ideal option whether you are visiting Valencia for a short trip or settling in for an extended stay. Enjoy your stay!

Other information
Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
