Welcome to my apartment! This renovated 68m2 apartment has an open floor plan, and all the bedrooms and living room are facing the street. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table for four and air conditioning for summery nights. With two desks on the property, it offers a convenient space for remote work or study. The kitchen is independent of the living room and can be opened by sliding the doors. It has a quartz countertop and is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as an oven and a stove. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first and second bedrooms have double beds and the third is a single bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains a double sink, a large cabinet shower and all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. All the rooms feature windows, including the bathroom. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. The apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator so guests as to use the stairs. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
